Eligibility for Returns

• We only accept returns for products purchased directly from https://funlotstore.com/. If you purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for returns.

• Returned items must meet the following criteria:

   

 

In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documents; unused and in the same condition as when shipped (no stains, folded cards, broken seals, or damaged packaging).

Non-Returnable Items

• Personal clothing, spray products, disposable items, and consumables.
• Products that have been washed, used, altered, or tampered with.
• Products purchased through third-party retailers.
• Incorrectly ordered items or products damaged due to improper handling.

Refund Timeline

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your M-Pesa account within 2 weeks.
