1. What's the payment method?

COD (Cash on Delivery): Pay in cash or via Mpesa when our Delivery Associate arrives at your doorstep.


2. How do I place an order?

For Cash on Delivery: Simply fill out the "Payment on Delivery Order Form". Once your order is confirmed, we'll send an automatic email with your order details and personal information.


3. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is shipped, and we'll be happy to update it for you.

Once your order has been shipped, we're unable to modify the shipping address.

To avoid delays, we recommend using a permanent residential address, as shipments to temporary or vacation addresses may be held longer in customs.


4. How long does shipping take?

Typically, orders are delivered within 1-5 business days. Our courier team will reach out to you within 2 business days after your order is placed. We'll also notify you by phone call once your package arrives. To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, please take note of the phone call.


5. How can I track my package?

If you've placed your order successfully but haven't received a response from us, please check your WhatsApp for any missed calls. We typically leave a message if we can’t reach you. Kindly reply to the message or reach out to confirm your delivery (for the fastest response).
